	Nasreen Bibi is working as Football Stitcher for Talon Sports Private limited in Propy Nagra center sub center to Gillan Chak (Main Center of Talon Sports) from last three years. Nasreen Bibi was continuously feeling severe pain in her neck. She was well aware of Talon Fair Trade program and after getting the permission from her supervisor for medical treatment, she contacted Talon Fair Trade Workers Welfare Society’s clinic located outside the Talon Sports Daska road Sialkot. First of all according to the procedure history of her whole medical problem was discussed. She told that she was suffering this problem from last two years and due to insufficient resources she is unable to go for thorough medication. Due to the severe pain swelling was increased in size gradually. Talon Fair trade refers her to general surgeon in Tehsil head quarter. Firstly surgeon advised her for investigation in body T3, T4 TSH Thyroid scan, which is not available in Sialkot. So, she was referred to Anmol hospital which is 125 K.M far away from Sialkot. Patient came back with investigation and again advises referred to surgeon who advised FNAC to exclude malignancy for final diagnosis. After all investigation diffuse thyroid complicated goiter was diagnosed. After complicated procedure Talon fair trade workers welfare society arranged her operation at Mayo hospital Lahore. She was operated by specialized doctor and gets cured. Now, she is enjoying bug free live.
